Exchange Server Forums
There are many blogs, tutorials, and information sites available for Microsoft Exchange information. Where do you go if you have a non-urgent question regarding Exchange configuration, features, third-party applications or general Exchange and Outlook messaging?

Or you can subscribe directly with your default e-mail client.

YahooGroups Lists
There are several groups hosted at Yahoo! dedicated to Exchange Server as well. You can access these groups directly through the Yahoo! web interface or you can subscribe via e-mail. Send an e-mail to <groupname>[email protected], such as [email protected]. Using the website:
Exchange 2003 http://groups.yahoo.com/group/exchange -2003
Exchange 2007 http://groups.yahoo.com/group/exchange2007
Exchange 2010 http://groups.yahoo.com/group/exchange2010
There are also web forums where you can ask questions. Microsoft hosts TechNet forums and other sites have added their own communities for discussions as well.
Microsoft TechNet
All of Exchange Server
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/exchangeserver
Exchange Server 2010
http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/exchange2010
(Nevermind that the tag cloud is full of Spam words, this is still a reasonable resource if you like web-based forums.)
MSExchange.org
The guys at MSExchange.org have separated the forums by Exchange version as well as by category.
Windows IT Pro Forum

Windows IT Pro is a great resource. You will have to register, of course.

And, thankfully, there is still the old standby, the NNTP forums. Windows 7 does not ship with an NNTP client, functionality served by Outlook Express and Windows Mail in earlier versions. Hopefully, this does not diminish these newsgroups as a resource, but it seems like that may be the case.

I was glad to see that you said "Where do you go if you have a non-urgent question ".
Far too often I see posts in the SharePoint forums that say "this is urgent" or "critical" or "I want an answer ASAP" with even worse being the people who write "Extremely Urgent!" in their Titles.
It seems that some people don't appreciate the nature of a forum post. Including the quoted text in this post might educate at least some of them.

You can still see the unemployment levels are high even after a few years of the recession first hitting. I like the fact that they try to call it a double dip recession vs calling it a depression but if it goes down for travel a couple years, then goes up briefly should it "count" as wiping the slate clean...You can see the effects in the honeymoons industry as people did not have the disposable income to book cruises or other activities that cost a pretty heft entertainment fund. Same is true with global brands joining other brands such as flight center to recapture lost market share...whatever happens people need jobs or they will begin to riot...once the unemployment checks stop.
