Exchange 2003: Auto Accept Agent
"A store event sink that automatically processes meeting requests for resource mailboxes. The agent checks the availability of the resource mailbox based on the resource’s schedule (not free/busy), and accepts or declines new or updated meeting requests."

When in rains it pours. :) Obviously this was a big enough request that the folks at Microsoft took it on in addition to Simpler-Webb. A comparison of the features/functionality is upcoming. With a couple small exceptions, ERM is a superset of the new Auto Accept Agent. If either don't quite do what you need, add a comment or let us know over at http://www.swinc.com/erm.

This seems like a straight forward installation, worked fine in the test environement, but go to production, and the agent just won't fire. Anyone any thoughts?

Hi,
We have installed the auto accept agent on our 2003 Exchange server. Our need is to have the attachments and comments appear in the public calendar as well as ignoring conflicts so that we can schedule meetings in two different locations at the same time.
I have set DeleteAttachments and DeleteComments to false. RecurringMeetingConflictPercentageAllowed and RecurringMeetingMaximumConflictInstances are both set to 0 (zero). I have tried the later with 100 as well with no sucess.
Am I missing something? Thanks in advance.

Anyone using the AAA with Entourage 11.2.1?
AAA is declining any recurring events sent from Entourage. recurring events from Outlook work fine.
Anyone?

Resource mailboxes in Exchange 2007 already support automatic booking.

MS has a support document and hotfix http://support.microsoft.com/kb/933093 about Entourage recurring appts being declined. Has absolutely every same last detail as mine but of course it doesn't fix the problem. Yes everything is up to date.
